Educationist urges parents to support education of their children

Mrs Gloria Asiodu, a retired Vice Principal, has called on parents to support the education of their children to curtail the fallen standard of education in Nigeria.
She made the call on Friday in Asaba in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
She said that lack of support by most parents had contributed to the fallen standard of education in the country.
She appealed to parents and guardians to support the education of their children and wards to enable them grow into responsible and educated citizens.
“As parents and guardians, one thing you can do for your children and wards is to help them develop their reading skills.
