The President of The Apostolic Church Nigeria, Pastor G.O Olutola confirmed and pronounced the new motto for the year 2016 which would be recited throughout the whole year by every members of the church.
A prophetical message came out on the 1st of January, 2016 through one of the great prophet of God where God gave the entire members of TACN the 2016 motto which can be found in Psalm 70:5B and it goes thus: Make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer (English). Olorun, yara si mi: iwo li oluranlowo ati olugbala mi (Yoruba) according the scripture.
Pastor G.O Olutola made a pronouncement on how the motto would be recited. He therefore urged the entire members to recited the motto as follows: O God: thou art my help and my deliverer (English). Olorun, iwo li oluranlowo ati olugbala mi (Yoruba).
He further emphasised that the motto should be recited thrice in every other services both in and outside the church except on Sunday service where the motto would be recited seven times.
Finally, he prayed that may the motto work effectively for every members and non members of the church as they shall continually recite it. He also prayed for the unity of the nation, Nigeria.
