JUST IN: June 12: Democracy Day: Activities Paralysed In Sagamu (PHOTOS)

Even though there is no plan for any protest in Sagamu, shops remain closed and activities paralysed.
Some groups have declared a Nationwide Protest today June 12, to make their agitations known and kick against bad Governance under the Leadership of President Buhari.
Save Our Nation (SON) took to the street of Sagamu this early morning to capture the situation of things around the town.
SON reported that some Sagamu Residents are scared of moving out of their homes due to the news flying around that people should stay at home which has earlier been debunked by the Nigerian police.
The Nigerian Police has stated that every Nigerians should go about their normal and daily activities as they are not aware of any staged protest.
The popular Akarigbo road wasn't busy, few Vehicles were seen along Ewusi Road and virtually all the shops in the Axis remain closed.
Most of the shops in Sabo market, Awolowo market and Falawo market were closed, even few of the traders who opened their shops didn't display their goods and products.
Activities also paralysed at the popular Isale Oko Garage, Express junction and Kara, Transporters were seen seated and expecting motorists. They confirmed to SON that the turnout today is very low.
Sagamu remain peaceful, calm as at the time of filing this report though many shops remain closed and only few Vehicles and Bikes were seen working in the street of Sagamu.
