HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION: Akarigbo Eulogizes Anthony Joshua After Being Defeated By Oleksandr Usyk

Despite that Oleksandr Usyk is crowned as the new unified world heavyweight champion after a unanimous decision win over Anthony Joshua with scores of 117-112, 116-112, 115-113.
Anthony Joshua who's also known as AJ earlier said he had no intention of vacating any of his heavyweight belts, he was so determined to win match.
Save Our Nation (SON) gathered that the British Boxer put his WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight belts on the line against the WBO mandatory challenger from Ukraine in London on Saturday, 25th of September, 2021.
SON reports that Usyk has become the third boxer after Evander Holyfield and David Haye to win world titles at cruiserweight and heavyweight.
The 34-year-old won heavyweight gold at the London 2012 Olympics while Joshua triumphed in the super-heavyweight division.
However, Anthony Joshua has never forgotten where he came from, he's always proud of his hometown, Sagamu and Ogun State at large where he's always been supported by all.
Despite being defeated by Usyk in the Heavyweight Championship of the world, the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, His Royal Majesty, Oba Babatunde Adewale Ajayi who had earlier admonished the entire Sagamu Indigenes, Remo Citizens, Ogun State Indigenes and Nigerians to rally round Anthony Joshua, he immediately took to his Instagram and Facebook page to eulogize Anthony Joshua after the defeat.
Akarigbo in his statement, it reads, "It's painful to learn of the defeat of AJ, we take solace that it was a well fought fight. All great boxers go tru one defeat or the other AJ will be back. We are proud of him"
SON also noted that there was a sober reflection, not only in Remo but in Ogun State and Nigeria as a whole due to the fact that Anthony Joshua was defeated by Usyk.
Kabiyesi Akarigbo assured Nigerians that Anthony Joshua will come back, challenge Usyk and reclaim his belts.
SON Correspondent also reports that the Match was streamed live at the Palace Arcade, Akarigbo Palace, Sagamu by Sagamu Youth Association (SYA), under the Leadership of Comrade Segun Sikiru (Success) and proudly supported by Olarewaju Michael George (OMG) where a mammoth crowd trooped out en masse to watch the match across Remoland.
Meanwhile, Eddie Hearn had said Joshua would have a mandatory rematch and the Brit felt he already knew how he could beat Usyk next time around.
