Ogun govt seeks media support for measles campaign

Ogun State Government has called for media support in the sensitisation of public particularly mothers and caregivers on measles follow-up campaign in the State.
Permanent Secretary in the State Ministry of Health, Dr. Nofiu Aigoro who made the call while briefing the media practitioners on 2016 Measles Follow-Up Campaign in Abeokuta, explained that the event was part of government efforts towards ensuring the general public especially mothers and caregivers were appropriately sensitised on the need to bring their children within the range of 9 and 59 months to the designated centres for the measles vaccination exercise.
